Shipping Policy: We thank you for your support. We are not responsible for the order once it has been shipped & in the care of USPS. Typically shipping time is 3-5 business days. All physical journals ship within 3-5 business days of your order.

 

Email Policy/ Hour of Operation: Please allow 3-5 business days for a email reply. Our hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8am- 5pm. Digital products will be sent during this  time frame so be mindful of this process during weekends & holidays

Payment Processing Policy:

We are not responsible for payments that are unable to be verified. Payments that are unable to be verified includes: 

ZIP CODE INVALID FOR CARD USED

CARD USED IS NOT THE SAME AS NAME ON ORDER

INVALID ADDRESS

INCORRECT EMAIL PLACED ON LINE AT YOUR TIME OF ORDER. If we can not verify your payment within 5-7 business days your order will be cancelled and you will automatically receive a refund. 

 

Class Payment Plan Policy: 

Payment plan arrangements are only available for those who have secured a deposit and enrolled in a class or educational program.  Class fees are due prior to or on the day of class via invoice payment only.  

 

 

 Class REFUND policy: FINAL SALE. NO REFUND FOR ANY CLASS RESERVATIONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
